Every Tuesday - Join the Group!
9:00 a.m. Indoor Walking - walk in place to a video
9:30 a.m. Outdoor Walking - walk a two mile loop on Brownsville Rd.
9:40 a.m. Sit n' Fit - gentle exercise to a video
7:00 p.m. Yoga Flow - instructor led hour long work out ($5 donation requested for yoga)
